1. MAI-001-D — Display, terminal
A real terminal. Every tab is its own session, and mai keeps each one’s title, colour and working folder.
2. MAI-001-C — Tri-connector: CLI · MCP · API
Every action in mai is a CLI verb, an MCP tool and an API call — so your agents can do anything you can.
3. MAI-001-M — Model adapter, universal
Model-agnostic. Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, or a key you paste in. Fits most sockets.
4. MAI-001-T — Token meter
A local proxy shows every token each session spends. Reads in tokens, not in surprises.
5. MAI-001-A — Agent bay, ×n
Holds a whole fleet of AI coding agents side by side, all working at once.
6. MAI-001-V — Hive board
The Hive builds, reviews and ships in parallel — each worker in its own git worktree.
7. MAI-001-S — Session core, persistent
Every session is persistent. Quit the app, reboot the machine: it is still there.
8. MAI-001-H — Housing
Desktop, web and phone. One housing, three mounting options.
9. MAI-001-X — Screw, spare
